Hello guys,
I have three good good options:
Hetzner - E3-1245 2x3TB HDD ENTERPRISE 16GB RAM ECC 200Mbps guaranteed 20TB upload/month (28 EUR)
Online.net - Intel® C2750 (Avoton) 16GB RAM 1TB HDD (SATA 2) BIOS bugged 2.5 Gbit/s garanteed UNLIMITED traffic (16 EUR)
Feral Hosting - 1TB HDD (shared), 10 Gbit/s UNLIMITED Traffic (~16EUR)
Please help me to choose the best for SEEDBOX purposes.

Do you need 1TB of disk or 3-6TB?
The Intel Xeon E3 server will be miles ahead of the other options for just about any use. It seems like a reasonable price, as well.
The answer is up to you.
Is 200 mbit/s acceptable bandwidth limits? Do you need the 6TB of disk provided? Are you OK with a company that has a history of being abuse-unfriendly? Then go with hetzner.
Otherwise, Feral is your best bet.
According to your needs I would go with the second option, you benefict of 2.5 Gbit/s garanteed UNLIMITED traffic as long as 1 TB is enough for you.
The 3rd one should be a VPS, avoid it for these purposes.
