Assuming you are looking at LEB range, I believe @Francisco @Damian @CVPS_chris @FTNchris (Urpad) can help. And I am pretty sure only Urpad has a location in the city and rest of them are in the State. All those providers listed above are well known and highly suggested.
If you were interested in openvz we could talk but no kvm here. I would look at buyvm

Two questions. KVM only? and NY only? 6sync is KVM in north NJ, and I'm sure there are others in NJ. Also, try asking Kazila for a KVM in NY.

6sync could work for North Jersey based servers. But 40$ month is too steep. I was hoping for special offers less than 20$.
