cpanel shared hosting usa $4.95/yr

need 10gb of storaqe
bandwidth minimal not getting tons of traffic
must be reliable and not changing ip's every month
enough memory to host about 15 sites which are going to be idle mostly. under development

i was getting this pricing from weloveservers until they sold their company to hostwinds, and now they want $39.99 a year. Faget it
