Just stumbled across this and I figured it looked interesting.
Any idea how it stacks up against Owncloud / Pydio?

Could be interesting, although they don't seem to have an app for Mac for mounting a "drive" like they do with windows. Not sure what the sync app does.
It isn't open-source, end of story.
