Looking for a speedy but inexpensive VPS in Europe

Need to run OpenVPN. Looking for suggestions from providers/other members. Looking to spend like $30~$40 USD a year.

    Do you have any specifications in mind? RamNode has a 256 MB plan at $28.80/yr in Netherlands and a 512 MB plan at $37.80/yr here.

    Thanks - checking out RamNode. I only intend to run vpn - so I guess even 128MB would suffice. I am going to be needing around 1.5 to 2 TB of transfer. And, of course, I would need to be able to run tun/tap. Thats about it.
