So, I'm redesigning my website. Care to provide some feedback? Demo can be found on:

http://irixos.nl/s/

Current site is:

http://raymii.org/cms/

Creating it this time via a static site generator which I've written myself in python. Which will also be released later on.

  • Looks pretty decent, easy to navigate and very elegant. Good work so far ;)

  • Nice narcissistic personality disorder you have there.

    Good day to you to...

  • Looks like "Windows" theme. Nice and simple.

  • It is using bootstrap and the Cosmo theme. So indeed a bit of a windows 8 clone. Except that it is a shit operating system, I like the graphic style.

  • Heavily influenced by windows tiles eh :P

People are using Windows 8-like theme instead of OSX-like theme nowadays.
Are there any bold VPS providers dare to use OSX-like theme?

I wouldn't buy from a provider using awful dull mac theme.

  • First thing that came to mind is Windows 8, I hate it personally but the site isn't that bad.

  • Looks pretty good.. you sure about the name ingsoc?

  • great site

I like it. It's simple. The metro style isn't going to be a big thing in design though, it's not exactly the next "vintage patterns" trend, but it's effective.

The first version of the program was named ingsoc, because I like the book 1984, but it was not a good version. It was slow and had a few bugs and it did not do that I wanted it to do, so I wrote a new version. Which I named newspeak.py, but the project folder is still called ingsoc...
