Can't update Debian Squeeze

Two questions for the helpful LET community 
1) What is the correct sources.list for Debain Squeeze in 2016? Mine is this:
deb http://http.debian.net/debian/ squeeze main contrib non-free
deb-src http://http.debian.net/debian/ squeeze main contrib non-free
deb http://http.debian.net/debian squeeze-lts main contrib non-free
deb-src http://http.debian.net/debian squeeze-lts main contrib non-free
deb http://security.debian.org/ squeeze/updates main contrib non-free
But it gives 404. I searched and all answers I found appear to be out of date.
2) Which distro doesn't change its package sources URLs every couple of years?

Thanks but there is no Squeeze in the list.
It's 2016, at least use Wheezy.
You are not helping.
Squeeze is no longer supported and is end of life. That is why 404. Everything is wheezy and up now.

Still looking for answer to question 2. Is CentOS better in that respect?
It is a prefrence. However you will still need to change the repo to upgrade.
The change in the package repository URL was because the version of debian you are using is no longer supported. Most distributions move the repository elsewhere when the version has reached end-of-life.
Use a rolling release such as arch, and you will not need to update your repository list (Actually, the repository list is a package in itself, and is automatically updated by arch)

Not only is Squeeze EOF but Squeeze-LTS is also EOF. Wheezy is currently in LTS so you can chance your repos to that and upgrade.

Squeeze has become antique, and is as already mentioned not supported any longer.
You should consider to upgrade to Debian 7 (wheezy). Quite an easy job, and should get gone on just a few minutes of your time.
An upgrade from Debian 7 to 8 may bring some challenges due their switch to 'systemd' - we have seen several updates to Debian 8 fail because of systemd.
You should upgrade to Debian 7 ASAP as EOL systems will not receive patches for exploits in the future.
