On one of my server got, can those be fixed?

/dev/sda2: Inodes that were part of a corrupted orphan linked list found.

  • At the (ash) command line, run fsck /dev/sda2 and then reboot.

  • seems to be a corrupt file in the OS. as @rincewind said run the command he mentioned and after the reboot check if you still have the same issue, if you're still getting that you might need to reinstall the server from scratch
