Hdd fail or os fail?
On one of my server got, can those be fixed?

At the
(ash)command line, runfsck /dev/sda2and thenreboot.seems to be a corrupt file in the OS. as @rincewind said run the command he mentioned and after the reboot check if you still have the same issue, if you're still getting that you might need to reinstall the server from scratch
