I just did a migration and ended up with duplicates but at the end there were not that many emails and just did the deletions manually.
I'm assuming this is for IMAP?
Yes. After some migrations over the last 3 years, my main account in this server ended up with x3 and x4 mails that exceeds 10.000 in total... So, manual delete is not an option

I expect that doveadm would be a lot faster in this scenario.
