We're an infrastructure provider, not a hardware vendor. These are decommissioned units, so they are as-is (fully functional) but upgrades aren't something we have on hand.
If I bought one, would I be able to colocate it with you?

Are these racked in some DC or in warehouse?
That could be done, just have no interest in dealing with single unit shipping. I have idle qty of these in our Los Angeles, Dallas, Chicago, Phoenix, and Atlanta facilities. About 120 units in total at the moment.
This is possible, keep in mind, in the config of 18x4GB they are rather power hungry, about 21/rack @30A 208v.
