Does anybody have a clue about any OpenSource Video Chat Server which I can install on my VPS and can chat like Skype/Gtalk .. want it to be a web based so that the clients doesnt needs to install any software on their machine and can directly chat with each other just by visiting the website.

@arieonline Bigblue Button is huge and have many functionalities.. what I am looking for is just the video chat .. anything lightweight ?
How about red5?
webrtc server will be very lightweight and of course have very minimal functionality.
