Looking forVPS in...
North America: north of Atlanta, east of Chicago (but Chicago itself would be OK).
Minimal specs: 64 MB RAM, 3 GB disk, 50 GB transfer.
Virtualization type: doesn't matter.
Ruled out because I already have service: BlueVM, BuyVM, IPXCore, ChicagoVPS, Hostigation, LFCVPS.
Willing to spend: $15/year.
Suggestions?

We can do this @ Buffalo New York for $15/year.
EDIT: https://www.cloudshards.com/budgetvpshosting.php - $16/year for 128MB.
Thanks! But Buffalo is crowded for me with BuyVM & IPXCore .
I can do this for $20 a year
1core
256mb
5 gb space
50 gb bandwidth
Pm me if interested
256mb
$15 is the budget, and 256MB RAM is overkill. I'll grudgingly accept 128
We can do this for $15 a year too, see bluevm.com
Ahhh he'll I have been feeling mighty generous these last few days. Give me a minute and i will send you a link. We don't do anything smaller than 256mb due to I/O.
Damn, thanks Ishaq. I should've had bluevm on the "Ruled out because I already have service" list 'Cause I do, and you guys are simply terrific. Adding to the list now...
I'll be doing an absolute minimal of I'ing and almost no O'ing.
@sleddog - Its cool - Thanks for being a customer & a fan.
Our reasoning is this everybody over sells on open a to a point. If your not you doing something wrong. My opinion. The less smaller vps's we have the less I/O is used in general. Less containers less disk access. Just our point of view on keeping good disk reads.
CrownCloud are in Baltimore, MD and Lenoir, NC. Might be worth nagging them?
Not sure if anyone's still in the Choopa datacenter, but I'd happily recommend their network - It's truly incredible.
@24khost : that makes sense, I think
I'm kinda surprised that no-one has asked what I want this vps for....
Since you posed it. What do you need it for?
By the way you got mail. Lol that vps will be in southbend Indiana
RamNode
Can do this for $15 a year in Southfield Michigan
UGVPS (Chicago / North Carolina) $14/Year 64MB - 5GB HDD 100GB/M BW
StormVZ (New Jersey) or MicoHosting (Scranton)
Thanks for asking
A slave nameserver for my nsdmin (http://www.lowendtalk.com/discussion/5409/).
nsd loads it's db in memory and serves requests from there. Hence very little I/O. It's a slave server, so nothing runs except the OS + nsd. So low memory. I could do with 24MB RAM but it's hard to find....
Well regardless offer still open.
Sorry, only have Buffalo and Texas at this point. Looking at other options in the future though.
I actually have that available in nj also
They're awesome, but in Atlanta (outside the specs) and I have service with 'em
Interested. Got an IP to ping?
Where did you find it... on their website I see 64MB @ 2.99/month.
@sleddog
IP: 68.171.219.100
Test File: 68.171.219.100/100mb.test
Thanks for the mention
and yeah, we have only 1 stock left over in Baltimore after which we may not get any more in there unless we get more server's up there..

$17/Year = 256 MB RAM / 512 MB vSWAP / 8 Cores of Dual L4520 / Unmetered @ 100 Mbit/sec / 20 GB HDD
CPU usage and Bandwidth usage is fair share, ie, you cant use 100% of it always !
or the same plan on North Carolina, but not unmetered, you'll get 1 TB bandwidth and Proxmox for now as the solusVM based node is outta IPs..
