Recommend me a Storage VPS - Paid Yearly

As the title says, I need recommendations for a good and stable storage VPS in the US from a reputable provider. Node must have at least RAID 1.
Storage: 500 GB (option for upgrades in the future)
Bandwidth: 1 TB
Location: US (preferably east coast)
Virtualization: OpenVZ or KVM
Budget: Lowest possible yearly payment
This will be used for CDP only.

backupsy is RAID 50... probably not what @Magbanua is looking at.
Delimiter StorageVPS is $21/quarter, not sure about RAID level, i'm guessing RAIDZ which may not cut it @mikeyur
Or you could get Dual E5420 dedicated from Delimiter with 2x500TB for RAID1 for $200/yr, upgrading that would be tricky though

RAID 50 is better than RAID 1
StorageVPS is RAIDZ2, NVMe cached for performance.

How so?
There are three types of RaidZ - RAIDZ1, RAIDZ2, RAIDZ3
We use RaidZ2 which is like RAID6 - double parity. As @mikeyur explained its NVMe (PCI connected - not hanging off a SATA port) accelerated
RAID 50 combines striping with distributed parity for higher reliability and data transfer capabilities.

@mikeyur, I spoke with my boss regarding this. Using the coupon, we can get 4 TB storage on your highest plan, so how far can we scale using the same instance?
I would recommend go for a dedicated server as well a low end one
