Plesk migration on online server
Hi all
I want to migrate from 2015 to 2016 server buyed from online.net. When i make ip on both servers to shared, form dedicated. And after i used ip adress and root username and password, i get a error messagge, to check my username and password.
I contacted support, they could not answer me.
Any who had same problem?

Can you provide a screenshot of the error you're seeing?
Have you changed/forgotten the default admin login yet again?

Might be a firewall rule issue.
Migration tool is using a specific port check if your 2015 server is autorised on your 2016 server.
