I'm looking for a VPS with IPs that are not blocked by Netflix. The purpose of the VPS of course is to create a private VPN. Pretty much all the large hosting companies have had their IPs blocked, so anyone selling Choopa/OVH or whatever relatively well know and low cost servers probably won't work.
Requirements are very basic.. <512MB RAM, 1 vCPU, <10GB HDD. Bandwidth usage will probably be relatively low as well. Don't imagine watching more than 1GB /day, but to be safe, lets say 100GB.
Will probably need to test it will work before purchase.
Any offers?
