Would VNC access to a Mac mini suffice? My old Mac mini is sitting somewhere collecting dust- might be able to put it to use.
What qualifies as "affordable"? Personally, I'd start here:

I only need it for realistically a week so under $10-$20 Would be ideal

May not look that professional but they're legit.
I think I'll give virtualmacosx.com a shot, thanks
Goddamn you Apple for canceling XServe. We could have beautiful LEBs.
I used them for a couple of months but found their connection to be somewhat slow..If you go with the fractional option, here's what you're looking at:

how old is your mac mini as I have a powerpc based mac mini and need a intel? based mac mini to run xcode on and xamarin.
I can do an intel based VM; What Ram/HDD you need?
I just need a simple mac os x vm for just being a build server for xamarin.
If you want I rented a Mac server, if you want to use it we could split 50/50 on payment? Cost me $30 so $15 each, full root/Admin access.
It's a 2012 Intel model with 4GB RAM and an SSD.
okay that is what I need since I needed something like that to run the latest xcode & mac os x.
to run as a xamarin build agent.
Great! PM me, we can figure something out.
Something else you could consider is running OS X in a Virtualbox VM on your local computer. Instructions can be found with your favorite search engine.
Yeah, but I've solved what I needed to now. I paid $40 total for renting a month
They did not cost much less than a Mac Pro anyway.
