R1Soft MS SQL Backup

Any R1Soft experts out there? I keep getting "No Databases Discovered" in the server manager.

I am running R1Soft Server on Linux, CentOS, and I am backing up a Win 2012 R2 Server without problem. The MSSQL Version is also 2012 which R1Soft says it supports. I verified I have the VSS Writer running. Any other ideas? I purchase my license through a reseller so I don't have direct support.

Go to your policy, under MS SQL, tick "Backup All Databases". Just ignore the error that no DB discovered.

Manually run the policy and see if you can restore MS SQL.

  • Hello,

    Maybe firewall rule issue ?
