Looking for cheap dedicated server in North America

I'm looking for a cheap, unmanaged dedicated server in the U.S. or in Canada to serve some low traffic WordPress sites and to be used as a disaster recovery box in case something goes really wrong with my other Europe-based servers. I have made some searches but I haven't found anything yet.
What I'm looking for:
- CPU: doesn't matter
- at least 4GB of RAM, 8GB would be perfect
- 2 disks of at least 250GB each in software RAID 1, it doesn't matter if HDD or SSD
- possibility to install CentOS 7.2, with custom partitioning
- 1 IPv4
- bandwidth: less than 2TB/month
What would be nice to have:
- IPMI or KVM (or ILO)
Ideally below $30, around $20 it would be perfect.
Please do not suggest any of the providers below:
- OVH
- Dacentec
- Delimiter
- Wholesale Internet
