Need a Windows/KVM VPS/Dedi for under $15

I'm looking to get an affordable VPS but wasn't able to find anything on my own (not exactly what I needed).
I would need least 1GB of ram, 1 core, 100GB Disk Space, and any bandwidth/port options for $15 or under. A lot of KVM providers offer SSD only which is more expensive for 100GB of space, but I would need at least 100GB.

If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.

    @camjac251 I can offer you that on my ovh nodes(I believe they have enough capacity for that) but I would have to ask you to open a ticket at https://cubedata.net/client/plugin/support_manager/client_tickets/add/1/ for auditing purposes.
    and yes my nodes have prebuilt windows templates with them preactivated.

    Doesn't the eval let you run for 180 days anyway?A couple of dollars a day saved and you got enough to work it.
