I'm looking for a cheap dedicated server that allows public torrents (will not keep/seed the files)

Server with specs like this:

8GB RAM

200-300GB HDD

i3-530 4x2.93GHz (or similar)

3 IP Address

    I can offer in Europe, it will cost around $50 with i3-4130T CPU, unlimited 100Mbps and permanent IPMI ( IP KVM ). Bacloud-green series server: https://www.bacloud.com/en/single-dedicated-servers . if switch second hdd off, price will be around $44

    why other servers are ony 5-10 tb bandwidth?
