No matter how hard people try here, there is always 'that group' of people who feel no shame in using this board as a helpdesk.

Well, I am just here to remember some people, IIRC, there is no administration panel for their products, and everything is done via whmcs also.
Once you've been here for a while you'll know to have expected such from JoeMerit.
