Comments
Can you please explain a little more about your ddos protection in Hungary?
Is your own home-made solution, or are you resselling someone?
P.S.
RETN = most trash network in CIS (Russia / Europe / Belarus), very cheap, very dirty, a lot of downtimes and packetloss. Hate them a lot.
Packet loss??
EDIT: This is their main site, not a hosting server.
@deployvm LookingGlass please?
check ip please) i guess, you showing routing to the Telia Network) RETN a litte bit another one)) Today, at evening you can see the "awesomess" of RETN network in Russia/ Ukraine / Belarus)
Our site in on CloudFlare. Hence, it is not reliable to use their CDN as a basis for judging our network performance.
I don't have a LG, at the moment but:
HU test IP: 37.221.211.8
BY test IP: 212.98.164.2
BY IPv6 test IP: 2a06:1287:40:4:4::1
We're using DDoS protection supplied by Magyar Telekom/DTAG with some local mitigation devices based at the directly too. They would be handling most of the abnormal traffic.
So not reselling any of the major players like Voxility, etc.
In Belarus, it is connected to ReTN, TaTa, TeliaSonera and Rostelecom.
ReTN is mostly preferred for direct peers.
IPv6 also available.
I'll be happy to provide some MTRs to certain IPs, in either locations.
Just checked, I got 12% packet loss over 10 packets transferred. This is from Toronto; all I can say is "ew."
do you ignore DMCA on your hungarian hosting (i.e a nulled forum software)? are you able to customize some of a customer's webhosting package (i.e apache/php configuration) ?
It's possible, but we don't provide client access to such features yet. What kind of configuration do you need?
Please provide more detail via a support ticket.
In the form of a 'DMCA' notice, many Eastern European ISPs would not consider it.

Well, who is your ISP there?
