OVH SLA isn't bad, just sometimes their technicians are bad handling the SLA, but as long you make your backups, there isn't much to worry, and well, their price is good.
There's a SLA on the VPS SSD line since it was introduced. I've got 2 months free since September 2015.

I agree. Despite some downtime on 2 VPS Cloud, I never asked for a refund.
I think its been there since it started, whether or not it was publicized. I've claimed a free month so far.
It was just not written anywhere...
They explicitly told me there was no sla (except for the VPS SSD on the public cloud).

You sure this was on the regular SSD VPS 2016 line? When they had their big BHS outage and I tried claiming SLA, the system would not allow it on my SSD VPS instances, only the Cloud VPS 2016 ones.
