Only take few minute to install from ISO. Dont be lazy!
@ckissi, I would be super hesitant about downloading and running OS images from arbitrary websites. Especially when very few actually follow security best practices.
Nonetheless, CentOS do have some generic cloud/container disk images available here.
If those don't make your life easier, I know you've tried this already, but I'd suggest you resort back to the minimal ISO and slimline it as much as possible to meet your needs.
I'd stick with the official ISO. It's not that much of a hassle, and you're sure that it can be trusted.
