I'm looking for providers like Runabove with the same prices every instances.
I use instance of Windows.
Can you suggestion for me that providers or cheap window vps, cloud?

but it's not same price...12$/mo for 1GB ram 1 cpu.At runabove, I only need 2.5$ for 2Gb ram & 1 core

I tried it, Internet connection speed at lunanode is very slow.

This is possible and the community can point you to other similar providers.
Finding this will be highly unlikely, especially for Windows instances. Runabove's parent company, OVH, has plenty of funds+infrastructure to sell computing instances at ridiculously awesome amounts.
It's going to be super tough (impossible?) to find another provider who can give you a licensed Windows instance with 1 core and 2GB, for only $2.5 per month.
Unfortunately, we all have to be realistic and expect to increase our budgets a bit as we move away from Runabove.
