$10-15/mo US/EU Dedicated Server/Storage VPS

Hey guys,

I'm here again to see if there's any good budget US dedicated/storage vps offers available or anyone that can offer me something similar to what I need. As I keep missing these one-off offers such as that QuadIX one, and it drives me nuts! Haha. Anyway...

Specs:
CPU: Anything (Kimsufi KS-1 equivalent etc)
RAM: 2GB+ (512Mb Minimum if VPS))
HDD: 500GB-1TB+ (250GB Minimum if VPS)
BW: 100Mbps-1Gbps @ 5TB (Preferably 10TB+)
IP: 1x IPv4 (NO IPv6 needed)

Budget
My budget is $10-15/mo in a monthly contract. Whilst Dedicated is preferred a VPS is also acceptable.
Generally I'm after something similar to the WholeSaleInternet/OVH's KS-1 or Time4VPS servers

Info etc
I would prefer a US locations but others are also acceptable.
NO France/German servers (Already have multiple OVH/Hetzner servers)
NO Dacentec/WholeSaleInternet/Dedispec as I already have servers there.

inb4 the obligatory "budget too low, you won't get anything" responses.

I have a Time4VPS Storage VPS.

    Is that actually $7/mo paid monthly like I stated above, or $7/mo in quarterly or above payments?

    They do and they're wonderful, that's one of the servers I have that I totally forgot to list.

    As for EU location, Prometeus has KVM storage pool.

    I think Delimiter Storage VPS is quarterly only, but the cloud is about $10 for 500GB and you can pay monthly on that.

    I've been with swiftway cloud since they started their 500gb kvm plans (~3 years), and I've never had to open a ticket, it just works.

    The also partition it so the storage is separate from the OS, so you can reinstall if you bork your OS without losing any of the storage data.
