Hello,
so I have just tried uptimerobot and it doesn't seem able to ping some of my servers (shows them as "down") while they are clearly up and running. Could this be due to Ping using ICMP ECHO, which by default is blocked by some firewalls? That's what I have found on serverfault atleast^^

For anyone using windows vps, here the solution:
Run this command in your console: netsh firewall set icmpsetting 8 enable
