Anyone using ASSP Deluxe for cPanel?

Is the ASSP Deluxe license a lifetime license or monthly license?
And i also i dont understand their license types (new license and renewal license) because if ASSP Deluxe license is lifetime, then why the renewal license type.
Please i need someone using ASSP deluxe to explain these to me because i am really confused

Its a yearly licence and meeds to ne renewed every year but you get support for the included time from what i remember whe i was using it
