  If it's monthly I'd just go direct with OVH, 3 Eur/mo for 2GB KVM VPS with unmetered 100Mbps. https://www.ovh.ie/vps/vps-ssd.xml

  Dedicated CPU: 1 x 2.40 GHz

  RAM: 512 MB

  To clear out confusion:

  • it's monthly budget, month to month terms
  • test file must be available from the provider's infrastructure that will host my VPS
  • will be using some good bandwidth >3TB, 100 mbps port is fine (gigabit is always better) but no less than 50 mbps available at any given moment.

  think a bit tough to go direct, OVH vps has 100Mbit connection.
