Have two servers with them, and the IO has dropped to 10MB/s for read. Installing anything via apt-get is extremely slow and causes high loads. Doing a dist-upgarade after installing the OS takes hours.
Contacted support on the 27th, no answer since then.

@ALinuxNinja I am waiting reply to my ticket for more than a month. I don't know they are in business or not?
I eventually asked for a refund, funny enough they did reply to the refund ticket sent to sales/billing, but not to the support ticket. -_-
