friendly = allow to run exit node (the plus will be ignoring complaints)

Any tor exit friendly provider is likely either a honeypot or likely to disappear soon.
@bacloud there can be complains, but i want to run limited exit node by its rules
i want to contribute to tor via exit node, that is why i need host like this
