Otherwise, you would be fine with installing Transmission (see this) and sprucing things up with a nice web interface.

yeah i can do that no problem...it's just finding a host that allows seed boxes
alright, that definitly should get you some more results.
as long the provider doesnt mention whatever you try to use in their ToS/AUP you should be fine!
The best I found are seedboxes.cc and Dediseedbox
They both offer Plex and OpenVPN with all of there plans.
