Hello,
Does anybody know of ANY WordPress / WooCommerce themes that are similar to WHMCS Six Template? I'd done a little bit of Googling but no luck so far.
Just thought I'd reach out to you guys!

Don't think so. It was custom built by WHMCS so unless someone port/clone to a wordpress theme, you won't probably find anything.

Might have a better chance of finding a nice WP theme that has a WHMCS skin as well. Otherwise you could customize one, lots of the newer themes are quite easy to change colour scheme, etc. You basically just want a mostly white theme with the same blue & green as WHMCS.
I've found a simple theme and I'm just going to edit it a little bit and get it somewhat close. Thanks Guys.
