I've tried librenms and Windows wasn't replying to snmpget requests and snmpwalk requests with proper credentials despite me trying to enable,set and fiddle with windows firewall rules.
Datadoghq was great when I used them last year.
PRTG or ManageEngine Application Manager could be a way to go. Check on them.
Install a SNMP service for windows it works fine on Windows 10 for me. It's a bit tricky at first. I can write a tutorial if you need one. I then query the SNMP v2c via Observium.
