Services are unmanaged however our UK based support team is on hand 24/7 via telephone and the ticket desk should a hardware or network issue need resolving.

Addon pricing varies by location, however we can accommodate larger bandwidth requests, additional IP's (subject to justification) and additional cores/resources; for more information contact us.

Billing/Pricing

Initial purchases may be manually reviewed prior to provisioning, otherwise automated; (<30s typically). All prices exclude VAT. We invoice in GBP. Residents in the EU will be charged VAT, if you have a EU VAT ID then your charge will be removed. Prices meet $7/m > £ requirements as of 20:44UTC 5/2/2016. PayPal & BitCoin are enabled for these product ranges.

    It was taken from some promotional materials we had made and used to symbolise a website/browser to direct viewers to our site.

    Current KVM bundle pricing is a recurring voucher code to drop the price, its standard cost is £10/m if that is what you were referring to?

    No, two can be assigned per instance.

    e.g. OVZ2 includes 4 IP's allowing upto 2 per instance.

    You can make as many instances as you have spare vCores for both KVM/OVZ.

    e.g.

    2vCores = 1 VPS with 2 cores or 2 VPS with 1 core.
4vCores = 1 VPS with 3 cores and 1 VPS with 1 core or 2 VPS with 2 cores or 4 VPS with 1 core.

    Bundles come with enough IP's for 2 IP's per instance.

    8 IPv4 (upto 2 IPv4 per instance),

    I have just ordered one of their KVM and I have to say I am highly impressed with both the platform and customer service. Highly professional and friendly staff, prompt support within minutes and the control panel allows for a lot of customization. Look forward to test it for a bit longer but I have the feeling I will be a long term customer. Great work.

    The voucher for the discounted KVM pricing has expired, it had a limited number of uses.
