try buycpanel.com for cPanel license, as they charge $14.95 for VPS and $34.95 for dedicated server license.
@mitgib I understand that your prices are lower but it says $11 on the kvm page and $10 on the openvz page, my question was actually if this was correct or if it was a typo between those two pages.
