No, it's always been 3 cents. I'm really not sure why others have it in mind that it's 5 cents. Will you send in a support ticket for a credit for the difference?

Kinda in doubt about to upgrade my plan or to not upgrade my plan, are IRC servers (private, max like 10 users) allowed on IPXcore?
Sum:
my BuyVM (current irc server) 15usd/year vps has 128mb ram and 15gb disk.
15/year is 1.25 a month.
1.25-0.90 = 0.35 usd
0.35 means 11-12gb disk space.
that plus the 10gb default is 20-21gb for the same price.
So only question is, is BuyVM also raid10. And does IPXcore allow IRC server too.
