It will be illegal usage and your domain is reported back to Clientexec. I bet you that someone will contact you regarding unauthorised use of software.
It will stop working after a month or so when the license checker runs, it's sort of intended as an undocumented trial feature.
All CE installs phone home every time an admin logs in, so even if you did bypass the license they can remotely disable your install. If you pay for CE they are nice enough to tell you how to disable the phone home script though!
