we use a suck pannel right now (at lease i dont like it at all ) but is function . And most important we are dedicated to sell good services not a likely pannel . I know is important too so in the future maybe we will change this pannel. Any way the pannel have the most features implemented.

It's an OpenVZ virtualization, you can't install Windows. It is just not possible. You should look for KVM or XEN virtualization instead OVZ.

Even if you have your own license for windows, it is probably the normal license we have for home/professional editions, not for usage in a server environment. So, even if you buy a KVM/XEN vps, you should check that the provider will let you install there a windows installation with the license you say you have.
If you want to go legally, you better have to find a provider that offers windows vps. it is much more expensive than linux ones, though.
