Dediserve support
Has anyone on dediserve had tickets with a Kevin Johnson who never seems to want to answer your questions directly and give half hearted replies?

In another thread about shit dediserve support, despite there being screen shots of Kevin being an arse to a customer and ignoring his questions, @praveen popped up with 'Mr.Kevin is a very supportive person' and we all lol'ed

I have had piss poor service from DO, BuyVM and many others, but given a chance to fix it they did, so how about letting Dediserve fix it first.
Appreciate that many here get annoyed when they cant get a VPS provisioned 3 seconds after paying but some things in life take a bit of time.

The OP was saying that he was getting the run around from this Kevin Johnson, I just quoted you as you said completely the opposite. You said he was very helpful.
