256MB servers in many locations cheap as possible

I need some suggestions on offers with 256MB, 500gb network for a collection of a private cluster & proxy network. Can be anywhere. From providers who comply with law as is used for business purporses. (Don't worry not spam seo crap i hear about)

I have ramnode in all 3 locations, buyvm in luxem/nj, prometeus/seflow italy, ovh france.

UK/RO/DE ($20) other unusual locations ($30) would be nice with some Asia locations ($30).

HostUS I had a VPS before but looks like they change their business from own country to delaware for tax fraud?, same goes for bhost (no support replies, service is ok)

Many UK offers now in forum but not one I find that I can trust for my budget.

I gave up after first page on offers forum, a lot of unusual operations. Does this forum do any checks on host posting?

I look at offers forum but is filled with providers running some operations, I feel not safe if you don't have a company id or don't charge EU customers VAT. I do not care for this if you are outside EU as long as 2+ year operation, but if you are in EU I would put this as requirement so i don't wake up with half down servers

Do you need a dedicated IPv4? If not a NAT VM such as http://www.lowendtalk.com/discussion/73186/unmetered-vps-ipv4-nat-ipv6-uk-stock-added-pricing-from-2-50-year may work for you.

HostUS (HostUS solutions LLC) is based in USA for lots of reasons - nothing to do with UK tax.

Perhaps you can share? Maybe all hosts in europe can move to delaware and pay no tax! As I remember from old invoice you had uk address, if you still trade from there then I want to know your special reasons

Company outside EU, owner outside EU (i.e. other company), employ all staff including the "real" owner. Not exactly legal but hard to prove.
