Basically I just need a VPS to download torrents without getting hit with DMCAs. I don't really upload anything. As cheap as possible. Suggestions?

Slightly off topic, but I used a GVH box for almost 9 months only for torrents before they were sold, as a seedbox to increase my ratio. Sure the network sucked but I managed to push ~ 20TB over those 9 months Too bad their not around anymore.
