Looking to Trade VPS

Hello,
I'm wondering if there are any people who would be willing to trade VPS.
I am looking at building a small monitoring network so multiple locations are desired. Specifications required are not high but I suppose anything from 1GB RAM up would do fine.
We can in return offer a VPS in Hong Kong or Lithuania with IPv4 and IPv6 addresses available.
Prefer proper VM, not container based VPS, so not OpenVZ please.

Can give you a Hetzner box (KVM within Proxmox with 1 IPv4 and some smaller v6 subnet) if you want for one in HK of like half the specs.
What will you run? I run a pretty large Smokeping by now but it is not as efficient...
Not sure yet. May play around with options. In the beginning it will be mainly for testing.
