Suggestions for a Cloud PBX/VOIP

I know its a little off topic but can any one suggest a good US/UK hosted PBX/VOIP provider or solution?

Looked at switch.co and aircall.io but looking for something a bit cheaper. We need a few UK numbers and a few USA numbers.

    Not cloud, but been using Voip.ms for a while now. It includes a full PBX solution inside their client area (IVR, Voicemail, SMS (depending on number), Ring Groups, and a lot others.)

    We've been using voipfone.co.uk for a couple of years. Fully featured and has been excellent thus far.
