  Not sure about the irc part, but hostus, dacentec, Aruba, etc have similar plans in your budget. Also, @traffic

  Thank you, but hostus, dacentec, aruba is not fit for my requirement (about ipv6 subnet and auto rdns)

  budgetvz was the closest to match it, but i already have one, and seems they out of stock atm

  For fix misunderstanding i am not use it for irc server just irc client like bnc software
