VPS for Arb betting advisory website

I have a client with a few Arbitrage betting consulting websites. I am not sure if it comes under gambling or not (might not be illegal, but frowned upon). So which providers will have no issues with such sites ? Should I specifically look for DMCA free providers ? Or is it perfectly legal and any provider will allow ?

Need advice.
Thanks in advance.

CFD/Forex Arbitrage or something else? DMCA wont pay any role here. US do not allow any Gambling and Trading.

    ORLY?

Gambling is regulated but FOREX is not. It's stupid and a supercharged highway to bankruptcy, but it's not illegal.

  • Unless you make millions a month I doubt the authorities will care, and your host even less.

It's just a subscription based consultation website. So no actual betting going on.

So you mean it will be okay anywhere?

Even better, don't worry about it. What country are you from?

  • The client is from down under, but any location would do (cloudflare ftw).

Cloudflare forwards complaints to the actual webhost if it's valid, they don't ignore it.

  • Put a bunch of earnings disclaimer on the page. That's what I've seen similar sites doing.

I am not worried about complaints (as it is not illegal, apparently), was just confirming if it comes under Gambling and touches the subject of Morality for hosts.

Not that kind of site. Also, not my site. For a client, I am just the developer/fixer.

  • Any host in Europe will do, then use cloudflare to improve load times of your visitors are US based

    Shouldn't for any decent ISP.

Forex/CFD/Options Trading IS regulated in the US. Not sure what you're talking about...

Example for a forex broker: https://www.fxcm.com/about/forex-regulation/

EDIT: just read your post again... Do you even know what regulated means?

re. if it comes under gambling: yes. Add it to Vultr and they'll close the account.

I'd host it in EU or in a US state with legal gambling & bookmaking at least.

No, I am a complete moron.

Let me rephrase more precisely. But first let me state that yes, you have closely analyzed my posts and found something inaccurate. Your prize is a 50 cent GVH account credit!

Here is what I was trying to say:

It is impossible to setup a gambling site (i.e., running an online casino in the US with real money) that is legal without changing the law.

It is not impossible to setup a forex site that is legal.
