ASAP - VPS - 1 GB ram, 40 GB HDD (or 20 GB SSD)
Looking for a cheap vps for testing/development, requirements:
512 MB RAM to 1 GB (I prefer 1 GB)
40 GB HDD (or 20 GB SSD - ssd is ideal)
1 TB bandwidth/month (note: probably won't exceed 250 gb per month, but I like to have "breathing room" just in case)
1 IPv4 (note: I can live with NAT but I'd need at least 5 ports open)
$12 yearly or half-yearly
Virt: KVM ideally, but I can live with OVZ as long as it's not oversold
Payable via VISA - ideally threw Stripe/PayPal

What kind of testing or developing you'll use this for?
I might provide you one as AzureWeb sells Xen VPSs for 12.50$ starting from 1GB of RAM.
Why do you guys ask for different storage depending on SSD/SATA. Surely if you can handle with 20GB SSD you can deal with 20GB SATA?
@Awmusic12635 Location doesn't matter. I prefer closer to Canada since I'm based in Toronto, but I'm flexible.

Just personal choice, I suppose. Of course I can live with 20GB SATA, but I'd rather have 40 GB SATA if it's going to cost me the same as a 20 GB SSD.
But SSD uses SATA (unless it is NVMe). I don't get why you call SATA HDD only

12Euro/yearly or 1 Euro/month
ZXPlay's KVM 1GB $24/y is till available in CA (OVH).
