Maybe NFOServers might be good if you require a VDS.
I believe Vultr allows you to fully utilize your allocated resources, including CPU. Only catch is that we don't know if they have any form of redundancy in place for their infrastructure. Their spokesman, @kcaj can probably answer any questions related to this.
