Is Additional Disk storage available on OVH's SSD VPS systems?

  yes it is. already did it and posted screenshots somewhere here...
  but as mentioned you have to order that ssd vps from their public cloud range and not stand alone!

  so you probably want to start there: https://www.ovh.ie/cloud/instances/ (scroll down and open the ssd instances offers ...

  I am always put off by the "Best Effort" remark on their offer page. "Best Effort" in combination with "OVH" sounds dangerous. ;-)

  Yes you can belongs you create the VPS-SSD from their Cloud Portal.
