Any guide to setup livestreaming server that caches / proxy the backend?
Hello,
i need a server that can proxy a stream (h264,aac in mp4) and cache it so that only one connection to the backend is made. Is there any guide for something like this or a specific software i should look into? Tried with nginx but my search wasnt succesful.
note: incoming stream doesn't end in mp4. only [...]9e/1

It can be done using Nginx, look at this setting: https://github.com/arut/nginx-rtmp-module/issues/668#issuecomment-136213965
Try @godong solutions, should works.
I don't know im always having issue with proxy_cache module its always run out-of-the-box when playing with keys_zone=cache_zone, also remember there is no purge module on nginx opensource version.
